Fazzolletti are thin rectangles of pasta, derived from the italian word for handkerchiefs.

The cheese and spinach filling is placed in the center of the pasta and folded into small packets.

Place in baking dish covered with your favourite sauce and mozzarella cheese.  

Cook in oven and serve.
